All American Window & Door Co., Inc. has been chosen one of the 101 Best Companies to Work For in the Residential Construction Industry.

This special designation was awarded to All American Window by the Reed Residential Group, publishers of Professional Remodeler, Professional Builder, Luxury Home Builder and HousingZone web site.

There were over 6,000 nominations sent in from home remodelers, builders and architects from across the country.

Companies with at least one nomination were asked to have their employees fill out an anonymous survey evaluating their workplace.

Key factors in the survey were job satisfaction, communication, training, workplace trust, respect, pride, compensation and customer satisfaction. Forms were sent to the independent research firm of Irwin Broh & Associates for tabulation.

Companies with the highest scores made the final list and included outstanding names in the residential building trade.
